Founded in 2020, AE Cares is a nonprofit initiative rooted in the values of honor, equity, and action. We exist to uplift those who have sacrificed for our country, amplify voices that too often go unheard, and extend support to underserved individuals and families.

Our Foundation
Born from one of AE's core values "Engage Locally," AE Cares was created not just to make donations, but to make a difference. From placing thousands of remembrance flags on veterans’ graves to hosting listening circles in the wake of racial injustice, our early efforts were foundational. They shaped a mission that continues to grow: one that honors service, advances equity, and builds stronger communities across Wisconsin and beyond.
Our Pillars
Today, AE Cares operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with impact-driven programming across three focus areas:
Veteran Support: Through direct aid, resource access, memorial initiatives, and partnership with veteran-centered organizations, we provide community-based support for military families.
Racial Equity Advancement: We invest in education, mentorship, and STEM skill-building for youth of color, while also collaborating with local nonprofits to drive lasting change
Community Service: Through AE Cares Days, we enable employees of AE Business Solutions to serve where their hearts lead them - without using PTO. From food pantries and retirement homes conservation projects, our team shows up to make a difference, wherever it's needed most.
